The service
Zodialis Astro Health provides astrological and homeopathic-adjacent analyses computed from the birth data you provide. Features, plans, pricing, and availability can change at any time.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe, for the accuracy of the data you upload, and for any activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no attempts to break, probe, or overload the platform; no scraping; no reverse-engineering of the analysis engine; no use of the output to make medical or clinical decisions without an appropriately licensed professional reviewing them.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods unless required by law.
Intellectual property
The Zodialis Astro Health name, engine, interface, and reports are owned by Zodialis Astro Health. You retain ownership of the data you upload. Outputs we generate from your data are licensed to you for personal or professional informational use.
Liability
Zodialis Astro Health is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zodialis Astro Health is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on its output. See the medical disclaimer.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are announced in-product and by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
